Refund policy
Each of our candles is hand-poured in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your experience truly matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@WesternLightsCandles.ca with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to make it right.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference, as fragrance selection is personal and subjective.
